Extended Services

The Team:

Extended Services provides out of school care and support.  We offer family drop-in sessions, Playscheme and links to before/after school clubs and other settings.  We work closely with the family worker and other professionals.

Drop-ins

We provide drop-in sessions during the school holidays.  These are fun and stimulating sessions for families of children that attend Battledown.  We offer a wide range of play activities for children aged 0-8 years

Playscheme

This runs for two weeks during the Summer holidays, offering morning, afternoon or all day sessions for children that attend Battledown.  We provide varied play opportunities and activities to make the holidays exciting and enjoyable.  Playscheme provides the opportunity for children to play in a safe and familiar environment.  Feedback from parents suggests that they are confident their child is having fun at playscheme.  Look at our photos to see what we have been doing.
